How can I check availability for specific dates?
You can check our Availability & Rates page, which we update regularly. Please note that you may submit the form to bookmark a date, but it will remain ‘pending’ until we have received a deposit.
How do I reserve a date?
If you’ve decided on Doc Hill and would like to reserve a specific date, please ask us for a contract. We normally do not reserve a date until a contract is signed. Once you receive the contract, you will have 2 weeks to put down a 50% deposit to finalize your reservation.
What is your price per person for an event?
We charge a flat rate for the venue rental depending on season and overall group size. Please see our Availability & Rates page for more detailed pricing information.
Do you have an onsite caterer or event planner?
We have a select list of vendors with whom we have worked in the past and can happily recommend. We have worked with a wide range of professionals including wedding planners, caterers, photographers, officiants, florists, bands, bartenders, and rental vendors. We also have recommendations for guest accommodations, rehearsal dinner venues, and showers.
What is your max capacity?
Doc Hill Farm sits on approximately 150 acres and can host fairly large weddings. We like to keep our party sizes below 300 people for easy manageability.
Do you offer photo shoots on the property?
Absolutely. We would love to host your photo shoot at Doc Hill and would be happy to customize a package for you. We are also happy to host other types of events and parties and will work with you to accommodate your budget. See our rates and availability page for our standard packages and rates.
